1. Produce inclusive, equity-centered short films that explore the barriers, challenges, and lived experiences of skilled trades professionals from historically underrepresented communities.
2. Lead full-cycle media production—from concept development, scripting, and scheduling to interviews, editing, and final delivery—embedding inclusive storytelling into curriculum-aligned content for education and training.
3. Coordinate and conduct province-wide interviews with individuals from Indigenous, African Nova Scotian, immigrant, women-in-trades, and disability communities to amplify diverse voices.
